A recent example of Editing Edge Recognition’s strategic approach to achieving spectacular results is director Lesley Hussell’s work with global mining company Weir.
Carrying out interviews with Weir employees involved in leading mental health and wellbeing activity around the world, Editing Edge Recognition created engaging content to demonstrate the ways Weir is breaking down mental health stigmas. Each case study was aligned directly with the priorities of CCLA, a national benchmarking organisation.

In another high-stakes arena, Lesley headed up communications at the inaugural Khoja Business Leaders’ Summit in Davos, Switzerland. This meant highlighting not only the global business expertise, but the humanitarian track records of VIPs including billion dollar business founders, multi-millionaire entrepreneurs, former Prime Ministers and Bollywood stars. No pressure!
At this landmark summit, Editing Edge Recognition worked closely with senior Khoja leaders to craft messaging that was powerful, inspiring and relevant to the minute – from 1am speechwriting sessions shaped by real-time conversations, to reporting on every session and producing twice-daily updates for delegates.
